Bench press 8x
Abd twist 8x
Shoulder press 8x
Pull down 8x
Cycle 30 sec as fast as you can with full resistence.
Now take two minutes of rest. Feeling tired already? Well lets do 5 sets. And just because it is fun...
Repeat exercise number one and take 20 seconds rest before you do it again. After that continue all exercises the same way.
